On our site, you will find information on the services we offer and/or support in our role as an advocate for the homeless in our community, background on the Council’s past activities, and copies of Clark County's 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness and 10-Year Plan Strategies. |
In addition to being a ‘destination’ for information about homelessness and services available in Clark County, we also strive to provide a ‘gateway’ for access to broader, more detailed information about homelessness and related issues from the best sources online. |
We believe that: hardworking people should be able to afford housing, and still have enough money for groceries and other basic necessities; children deserve an opportunity to succeed in school and in life, which is tied to having a stable home; housing gives people an opportunity to build better lives; and, that it is only fair that everyone has a safe, decent place to live. |
Come in, have a look around, and let’s see what we can do together to build community, prevent homelessness, and ensure access to services for those that need them.
|
We always appreciate your feedback, suggestions and comments on how we might improve the quality and value of our website. |
