If you are homeless and deaf/hard of hearing and have access to a TTY machine :
- Call the Washington State Relay number at 1-800-833-6384. The service is free and is offered by Sprint.
- Type in the number you want, and the TTY operator will place the call.
- As you type in text, the operator speaks the information to the person on the other end, pausing to allow you to reply.
- When you are finished, you type "go" and the other person responds.

You can use your computer to instantly connect to any phone through a relay operator at www.ip-relay.com. Visit their site for complete instructions on use.
