Need help getting shelter?
Call the Emergency Shelter Clearinghouse at 360-695-9677, from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.,
7 days a week. Our volunteer operators may be able to refer you to one of the available shelters in Clark County.

Need access to other resources?
Check out our Resource Guide for a listing of local agencies and available services. You may also call 211 Info at 360-694-8899, from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

If you are homeless and deaf/hard of hearing and have access to a TTY machine :

  1. Call the Washington State Relay number at 1-800-833-6384. The service is free and is offered by Sprint.


  2. Type in the number you want, and the TTY operator will place the call.


  3. As you type in text, the operator speaks the information to the person on the other end, pausing to allow you to reply.


  4. When you are finished, you type "go" and the other person responds.

If you are homeless and deaf/hard of hearing and have access to the internet:

You can use your computer to instantly connect to any phone through a relay operator at www.ip-relay.com. Visit their site for complete instructions on use.
